the Website at any time, without notice. Also, User understands and agrees that Company may discontinue or restrict
User's use of the Website for any reason without notice.

displayed on the Website ("Content") is the property of Company or its licensors, and is protected by US and international
copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly authorized in writing, copying or reproduction of Content
is strictly prohibited.
The Website contains hyperlinks to websites operated
by third parties. The hyperlinks are provided for the benefit of the users of the Website. A hyperlink to a third party website
does not imply that Company endorses the content on or the business activity of the hyperlinked website, unless the website
belongs to a company designed by Telajet as a "Telajet Partner". Except for the websites of our Telajet Partners,
User is solely responsible for determining the integrity and reliability of the information on the hyperlinked website.
Except as otherwise identified in a specific written Customer Agreement, by using the Website,
User is agreeing that under no situation is Telajet responsible for a) any information contained in, displayed on or omitted
from the Website or the website of any Telajet Partner, b) any person's reliance on any such information, whether or not
the information is correct, current or complete, or c) the consequences of any action User or any other person takes or fails
to take, whether or not based on information provided by or as a result of the use of the Website. In no event shall
Telajet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability
to use the Website or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased
or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the Website or resulting from unauthorized access to
or alteration of User's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or
other intangible, even if the center has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event Telajet is found liable,
the liability to user or any third parties is limited to $25. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion
of liability for incidental or consequential damages so some of the above limitations may not apply to User.
User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Company from all reasonable expenses it incurs,
including reasonable court costs and legal fees, enforcing its rights under this Terms of Use Agreement upon a violation of
the agreement.
