History
-Telajet's origins are traced to a legal and executive consulting company for internet based companies
based in Research Triangle Park area, North Carolina. Beginning in 1999, the original company served startup technology ventures
and professional organizations.
-In 2000, three innovative professional services companies
joined forces to form Telajet Corporation based on a shared mission -- provide low cost resources for organizations to efficiently
assimilate emerging marketing and operational technologies. These three founding companies included the legal and executive
consulting company, an information technology firm, and a graphic marketing firm.
-By
2001, Telajet had offices in Cary and Durham, North Carolina, and Blacksburg, Virginia.
-Telajet created a process called “TEMPO”, or “total
environment management process." As Telajet refined its “TEMPO” principle, Telajet found itself expanding
its services from legal, operations and marketing strategy services toward information management consulting and software
systems.
-Telajet visualized a world where informed managers efficiently managed legal,
business development and business relationship issues while using inexpensive, easy to use, reliable, and collaborative information
technology-based systems.
-By the end of 2000, Telajet’s customer based
included companies located in all regions of the US and several foreign countries, and several Fortune 500 companies.

-By late 2001,
a study conducted for a national trade group in Washington, DC ranked Telajet’s Agent software as one of the leading
online content management products.
-In 2003, Telajet spun-off its software unit
and began to concentrate primarily on business strategy, the company's origins.

late 2003, Telajet was serving an increasing number of robotic and other applied technology organizations.
-Today, Telajet's operations are based primarily in Richmond. Virginia.
